Member Moments
AMPP Steel City Chapter
AMPP's Steel City Chapter Members participated in their monthly meeting at Pittsburgh Headquarters in February 2023. One of the meeting highlights was a presentation by Cynthia O’Malley, AMPP’s COO and Executive Director, who listened to what the members had to say and provided them with the latest AMPP news, valuable information, and industry insights.
AMPP Pakistan Chapter
AMPP Pakistan Chapter collaborated with the Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering (IMME) and the University of the Punjab to organize a Corrosion Engineering Open Ended Lab (OEL) Exhibition. Students in their 6th semester were assigned a specific topic to develop and conceptualize an experiment, formulate a procedure, fabricate the equipment and conduct experiments, and conclude with a final presentation of their experiment.
AMPP's International Virtual Training
AMPP Instructor Calvin Pynn always makes it a point to take pictures of his virtual international classes with people worldwide. He captured this inspiring moment in his CP3 and CP4 virtual training classes in Madrid, Spain, where students learned about theoretical and practical fundamentals of cathodic protection systems.
